Ideal candidate has extensive 10+ years of public-sector experience; specifically with transit fare-collection processes and software such as Cubic.
Must have experience with Azure, DevOps and/or GitHub, word processing, complex spreadsheets, graphics presentations and database management (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).

Minimum Requirements:
  • 2-4 year degree
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst position or equivalent

Certification:
  • ITIL 4 Certification.
  • IIBA Certification (CBAP)
MINIMUM SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have to be accepted for consideration for this position. Level of Education 2-4 year degree Years of experience in Position Title Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst position or equivalent Certification(s) ITIL 4 Certification.

Experience providing analysis for IT Operations, Infrastructure, and/or Application Development Change Management Should have the ability to develop and act upon change management plans Basics Skills Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations
Should be able to effectively present information and respond to questions as they are presented from customers or clients
Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive innovation and differentiation Process Mapping Skills and experience with use of business process mapping techniques and templates Public Sector Experience working with and for public sector organizations

Experience facilitating requirements or other stakeholder engagement discussions in small and large groups Work Environment Working independently and/or in a team environment may be required for some engagements. Hybrid telework/office setting work environment.
