As a Healthcare Associate Medical Director, you will play a key role in our rapidly expanding organization. You will supervise, performance manage, and train Clinical Directors within your market, ensuring exceptional clinical outcomes and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical management and oversight for Medical Directors across multiple centers.
  • Achieve and exceed performance objectives related to clinical operations and market earnings.
  • Coach and mentor Clinical Directors to enhance their leadership capabilities and clinical outcomes.
  • Facilitate professional development for PCPs, NPs, and Medical Directors, including practice shadowing and performance management.
  • Foster a physician culture aligned with our core model and values.
  • Coordinate training for new practitioners within your centers.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and hiring of clinical talent.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with healthcare partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market culture and swiftly respond to workplace concerns.

In this role, you will also provide direct patient care and participate in quality improvement initiatives while leading a high-performing team committed to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
  • A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience, with preference for 3 years.
  • Experience as a Medical Director is strongly preferred.
  • Board eligibility or certification in relevant specialties.
  • Active medical license in your state of employment.
  • Proven track record in clinical leadership and outstanding patient care management.
  • Experience with population risk management and chronic disease care is desirable.
  • Strong analytical, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with electronic medical records and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally, up to 30% of the time.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $231,876 - $331,251, along with comprehensive benefits to support your well-being and professional growth.
