As a rapidly expanding primary care provider, we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our mission.
The Clinical Leadership Associate Director will supervise, mentor, and enhance the performance of Clinical Directors within the designated market. You will be responsible for achieving center performance goals, managing financial outcomes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. A portion of your time will be dedicated to patient care as a primary care physician, while the remainder will focus on leadership duties such as enhancing clinical operations and staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical outcomes and day-to-day management of Medical Directors across multiple centers.
- Ensure effective clinical operations and financial performance goals are met or exceeded.
- Mentor Medical Directors to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Facilitate the development of clinical talent within assigned centers, including coaching and leading development initiatives.
- Build a culture aligned with our core values, service standards, and care models.
- Assist in recruiting and interviewing new clinical talent.
- Establish strong relationships with community stakeholders, including payers and specialists.
- Monitor market culture and respond promptly to any workplace concerns.
- Review and approve center-level referrals and support utilization authorizations.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support market quality and performance improvement initiatives.
- Oversee monthly performance reviews in collaboration with Clinical Leadership.
- Provide training and support as needed for other organizational units.
- Utilize local market insights to drive clinical initiatives.
- Enhance the relationships with providers and key stakeholders in the market.
- Engage in cost reduction and market strategy implementations.
- Deliver excellent patient care as a primary care physician (20% of time).
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a similar specialty.
- Approximately 2–3 years of clinical experience required.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a Medicare or Medicaid setting is strongly preferred.
- Active medical license in your state of employment.
- Proven track record in clinical leadership with experience in population health management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $231,876 - $331,251. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, fostering career development and work-life balance.
