- The Supply Chain Analyst II is responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and process improvement.
- This role supports efficiency, cost reduction, and product availability by collaborating with internal teams and external partners while ensuring accurate reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain software.
- Experience in supply chain or logistics.
- Experience with SAP or Oracle.
- Preferred experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Preferred experience with Lean or Six Sigma.
- PICS certification preferred.
- nalyze sales data, forecast demand, and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and lead times.
- Coordinate distribution activities and align logistics operations.
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and develop contingency plans.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
