The Data Office supports the overall General Insurance product by managing Data, Data Governance, and the presentation of the data (Business Intelligence Delivery)./ppHow you will create an impact:/pulliHave the autonomy to organize and drive BI delivery within the Commercial business./liliCommunicate effectively with both our business partners and IT groups./liliAbility to tell a story visually utilizing current BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI/Fabric and Cognos./liliProperly implement Data Governance policies that protect our data access and reporting tools./liliBecome a leader relating to the advancement of at least one of our current BI products (PBI/fabric, Tableau or Cognos as example)./liliHaving a strong technical BI skillset./liliRole is both BI Product Management and BI development. Leading the efforts from an initial Business Requirement Document, presenting a reporting solution, and successfully executing the deployment of the product./li/ulpWhat Youll need to succeed:/pulli2 years of development experience in BI Intelligence and Project Management./lili2 years of development experience in either Power BI or Tableau./liliAbility to collaborate with Business Partners and IT organizations./liliCommunication lead with Business Partners during full SDLC report development process/liliExperience in either SQL/Python/liliMicrosoft Suite of tools (Power apps/Fabric is a preferred)/liliSnowflake experience is preferred./liliStrategic thinker with ability to understand and execute the long-term (big picture) and short-term perspectives of situations./liliSolid program and project management skills (preferably Agile methodology like Rally) with ability to manage diverse projects impacting multiple roles and processes./liliAbility to influence change and drive results. Must be a self-motivated driver to identify issues and resolve them quickly./liliPast Insurance experience is a preferred but not required./li/ulpReady to find new solutions?
