Job Details
  • 320+ years of paralegal experience in plaintiff personal injury, wrongful death, or catastrophic injury cases (motor?vehicle?accident experience preferred)
  • Trial experience preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive cases and maintain professionalism under emotionally challenging circumstances
  • Strong understanding of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Handle complex, high?value cases (often $1M+)
  • Support one attorney
  • Conduct discovery, deposition scheduling, and manage litigation deadlines
  • Maintain high?touch client communication; respond to client inquiries within 24 hours and make initial contact within 30 days
  • Draft and manage Texas affidavits and medical records requests (Rule 18.001)
  • Attend trial (if experienced) and support trial preparation
