Job Description

Hiring: Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Personal Injury | $60K-$80K | 3-5 Years Experience | Spanish Speaking a Plus

gpac is currently working with a top-tier firm looking for a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their prestigious Personal Injury team This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is ready to take the next step in their legal support career.

What You’ll Do:
  • Client Intake (PI): Speak with potential clients to evaluate new cases and coordinate next steps with attorneys (not a full-time phone role).
  • Support Pre-suit Process: Assist the Assistant Claims Manager in handling pre-suit PI claims.
  • Records Management: Request, track, and organize medical records for ongoing cases.
  • Legal & Office Support: Assist attorneys with file preparation, client follow-up, and general office tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Personal Injury legal assistant or paralegal role
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, reliable team player who’s comfortable working closely with attorneys and clients
  • Spanish fluency is a plus

Compensation: $60,000-$80,000, based on experience Schedule: Full-time, in-office Growth Opportunity: Collaborate with experienced attorneys and claims professionals in a supportive, high-impact setting
