HVAC Technician

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time HVAC Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components (commercial)
- Diagnose system issues and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure systems are operating efficiently
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal HVAC codes and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician (licensed or apprentice)
- EPA Certification (Type I and II or Universal preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Part-Time: Flexible hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week)
