CTR Group is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians in the Hartford, CT, area for a Direct-Hire opportunity.
Pay Rate: up to $40/hour base pay - $10,000 Sign On Bonus
MUST Have Journeyman's License

What our HVAC Technicians do?
Our technicians go into clients' homes to help solve their HVAC problems. They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their residential heating and cooling systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.

- With our tools, resources and training, our technicians are able to make over $48 per hour
- We offer a very competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards you for your hard work and customer service Our best technicians make over $100,000.00 per year

- Relevant licenses and certifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
