Insight Global's healthcare client is hiring for a an Enterprise Solution Architect for Martech, Candidates will lead the technical architecture strategy across multiple Agile Release Trains, focusing on Adobe solutions as the primary platform. They will evaluate new technologies and recommend when to leverage Adobe products versus alternatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and future industry trends. Candidates' role involves managing architectural roadmaps, reducing technical debt, and enabling omnichannel experiences through content management, decisioning frameworks, and orchestration. You will collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, while driving innovation through Proof-of-Concepts and hands-on exploration of emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in software development for enterprise-class or consumer-facing applications, with 8+ years in Solution Design & Architecture.
• 5+ years as an Architect on Omnichannel Platforms, Content Management Systems, and/or Decisioning frameworks (e.g., next best actions, offers, communications).
• Expertise in Adobe suite (AEM, CDP, Workfront, HHO) and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including integration with enterprise systems.
• Strong ability to define current and future state architecture roadmaps.
• Experience with Micro Frontend and Microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to lead Proof-of-Concepts, create reference architectures, and baseline implementations.
• Excellent collaboration, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance (PCI, PII, PHI).
Experience with SAFe Software Development Principles.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare and/or retail industry experience.
• Proficiency with modern languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies.
• Experience implementing AI capabilities within marketing and digital spaces.
• Knowledge of personalization services and enterprise content strategies.
