Seeking an experienced Apigee X Platform Architect to perform the infrastructure design for a new installation of Apigee X. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in Apigee X, Google Cloud and creating deployment architectures that span private and public cloud environments. You will be responsible for high-level design, deployment architecture diagrams and for collaborating with other infrastructure teams to create a design that meets internal standards.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and document deployment architecture for using Apigee X as an enterprise API management platform.
• Define multi-region, high availability and disaster recovery infrastructure for Apigee X.
• Define additional Google cloud services needed to support processing and networking requirements.
• Define IaC approach for configuring the Google infrastructure services for non-prod and production environments.
• Architect Apigee organizations and environments
• Design developer CI/CD pipeline to allow for self-service deployments to Apigee X.
Skills:
• Experience with designing and implementing Apigee X platform.
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud Services and configuration options and patterns.
• Experience documenting architectures
• Experience in enabling developer self-service on Apigee X.
Education/Experience:
• 2+ years experience with Apigee X
• 5+ years Architecture experience
