Interim Director of FP&A | Hybrid

Our Vaco team is seeking a readily available Senior FP&A leader in the entertainment industry. Preferably someone with Adaptvie Planning. This is an interim role, estimated 3-6 months, with likelihood to go longer.
This Director of Finance will serve as a key resource for the VP of Finance in preparing and maintaining financial models, budgeting and forecasting, board deck preparation, risk management, and ad hoc reporting.
We are seeking finance leaders with the following:
- 7 years of proven FP&A experience, preferably with a track record in a PE environment
- Bachelor's degree in finance, or similar
- Adaptive Planning experience is highly preferred
- Strong expertise in Excel (Pivots, LOOKUPS, queries)
- Must be local to Nashville - able to be on-site in midtown 4 days a week.
- Readily available and able to commit to 3 months
*This is an interim/contract position, yielding 40 hours/week.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
