Technical Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about solving technology problems and making logistics operations run smoothly? We're seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide front-line support for day-to-day end-user IT requests (passwords, printers, MS Office, network issues, hardware, and frontline troubleshooting (remote and onsite).
  • Help manage daily IT hardware inventory, asset tagging, tracking, and device hand-offs.
  • Support procurement, setup, and deployment of devices at warehouse and office locations.
  • Assist in maintaining technical documentation and our internal knowledge base.
  • Participate in technology projects, refreshes, and technology rollouts.
  • Escalate advanced technical issues to senior IT staff as needed.
  • New warehouse set-ups or close downs.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field. (Equivalent experience also considered.)
  • Experience: 3+ years of Tier 1 helpdesk or IT operations; 5+ years preferred.
  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused communicator (both written and oral)
  • Expert in Microsoft Office, Windows OS and Network Equipment. Basic knowledge of business/warehouse hardware.
  • Hands-on and able to travel between company locations as needed.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Bonus: Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) or basic programming.
  • Bonus: Previous exposure to logistics, warehousing, or similar environments.
