Your Daily Responsibilities Will Encompass:
  • Supporting surgical procedures by preparing and organizing the operating room for optimal function
  • Upholding sterile conditions and adhering strictly to infection prevention protocols
  • Assisting surgeons and surgical assistants by handing them instruments and supplies
  • Setting up and managing surgical equipment throughout all phases of procedures

  • Maintaining precise surgical counts and thorough documentation
Education Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • High school diploma or equivalent necessary
Certifications Needed:
  • Possession of a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is mandatory
  • BLS certification (or the ability to secure it within 90 days of employment)
