Automotive Commercial Sales Consultant

Capital Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Sales Representative to help support and expand our business-to-business relationships in the Raleigh market. If you have a passion for connecting with local businesses, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that keep them moving, we want to talk to you
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients across various industries
- Identify opportunities, generate leads, and grow your book of business
- Present vehicle solutions that meet business needs, budgets, and long-term goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Partner with internal departments to ensure a smooth experience for clients
- Stay informed on product offerings, incentives, and fleet/commercial programs
- Minimum 2 years of commercial sales experience (automotive, fleet, or B2B preferred)
- Must be comfortable working with fleet management programs and process
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
