What You'll Be Doing:
- Prospecting and identifying potential commercial clients, including fleet managers, contractors, small business owners, and more.
- Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to build trust and rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Developing smart strategies to attract and secure new commercial business.
- Becoming the go-to vehicle expert by understanding your clients' unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Preparing professional, customized proposals and quotes.
- Staying informed on the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and product innovations.
- Negotiating pricing, contracts, and service agreements to close deals with confidence.
- Supporting the growth of our Commercial Sales Department with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish - required
- Minimum 1 year of automotive commercial sales experience - required
- Strong understanding of commercial vehicles and fleet solutions.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal oriented.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
