Your Role

You'll oversee full-cycle recruitment processes while building and nurturing enduring client relationships. With some of the highest commission structures in the field, your efforts will be recognized and rewarded in direct relation to the value you bring.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from the initial conversation to successful placement.
- Partner with Clients to get a deep understanding of their hiring requirements, challenges, and company culture.
- Implement Strategic Sourcing using our advanced CRM/ATS, your network, and our exclusive communication platform.
- Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to effectively manage candidates, track interactions, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that provide long-term advantages for clients while maximizing your commissions.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we elevate and promote both our brand and yours.

- 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales.
- A solid grasp of the healthcare landscape, or openness to learning as we provide extensive coaching.
- Proficient in maintaining client relations and successfully closing offers.
- Adept with ATS/CRM systems; we offer training on ours
