We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and identify and engage top talent. This is an in-office position that can be located in our Cincinnati, St. Louis, Boston or Kansas City office. A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing passive candidates, cold calling, and managing active candidates through the interview and offer process
  • Manage positions, including job creation, postings, and external candidate marketing for specified positions or divisions
  • Build database of leads and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Develop new recruiting strategies and build best practices and procedures for hard-to-fill positions
  • Screen potential candidates via phone interview and/or in person
  • Guide candidates through interview process and maintain consistent positive flow of communication between candidates and leadership
  • Various ad hoc projects requested by Talent Acquisition Director
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-10 years of experience in full-cycle construction, engineering or architecture recruiting required
  • Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo
  • Familiarity with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system
  • Experience managing multiple hiring managers and partnering with leadership
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
