As a Senior Shift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by engaging with customers and bringing brands to life through live events and product sampling in their shopping environments. You'll also assist leadership with various tasks, including reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down events, as well as aiding in the interviewing and onboarding of new team members.

Now, About You:

  • You are friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable interacting with customers and management
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are available to work 4 or more days a week, including Sunday and Monday
  • You can regularly lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours
  • You are comfortable with preparing, cooking, and cleaning your work area and equipment
  • You have reliable transportation to and from the work location
  • You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
  • You can work independently but also excel at team building
  • You maintain a safety-first mindset while performing your job duties in a retail environment
