As a Part Time Senior Shift Leader, you will enhance sales by engaging with customers and showcasing brands through live events and product sampling. You will also play a key role in supporting leadership with responsibilities such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and dismantling demos, and assisting in the interviewing and onboarding process for new team members.

About You:

  • You're comfortable engaging with customers and managers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You can work 4+ days a week, including Sundays and Mondays
  • You can lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
  • You have the ability to prepare, cook, and maintain a clean work area and equipment
  • You have reliable transportation to the work location
  • You possess outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and coworkers
  • You are a proactive self-starter with a strong drive for action and results
  • You can work independently as well as foster a successful team dynamic
  • You prioritize safety in a retail environment
