Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to maintain project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues proactively.
- Manage and document project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Resolve conflicts or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Travel frequently to various project locations to oversee operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience managing ground up construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to different project environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 based on experience.
