What You'll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with a leading contract manufacturer in the consumer health and wellness sector in their search for a Senior Project Manager. This position oversees and guides large, complex projects through the commercialization process, coordinating across multiple internal departments and external partners. The Senior Project Manager will manage project execution, mentor project leaders, and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration to deliver on-time, high-quality results that meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects from ideation through commercialization, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Mentor and develop the Project Management team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain project management tools, processes, and templates to enhance efficiency and communication.
• Coordinate project team meetings, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and resolve project risks or escalations to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, account management, or related disciplines within manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, including PLM systems.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• PMP or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience managing healthcare or pharmaceutical-related projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading in matrixed organizations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and process improvement methodologies.
