Max Pay Rate: $67/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Contact Center Modernization initiatives within a top-tier financial institution. This multi-year program aims to consolidate legacy contact center platforms and migrate customer-facing agents to a modern cloud-based environment by 2027.

This is one of the organization's top three strategic priorities, offering high visibility, executive-level collaboration, and an opportunity to deliver transformative change across enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, wave-based migrations from discovery through deployment.
  • Partner with contact center and business unit leaders to ensure successful migration and adoption.
  • Influence and align executive stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Coordinate with a team of 16 project managers to ensure consistency and cross-project collaboration.
  • Manage detailed schedules and dependencies for migration waves, occasionally requiring on-site presence during Command Center support.
  • Drive change management strategies specific to contact center modernization and technology adoption.
  • Oversee technology integrations including IVR systems, agent scheduling tools, and cloud-based customer engagement platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management or equivalent through work, training, or education.
  • Proven background in contact center, banking, or financial services environments.
  • Strong experience managing large-scale migrations or transformations, ideally involving cloud or digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience leading projects with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with cloud contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Change management and organizational transformation experience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours during critical project phases.
