About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will lead and mentor a talented group of data engineers, architect innovative data solutions, and ensure the highest standards of data quality, performance, and scalability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Architect and implement data solutions using AWS and Redshift to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and product managers.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical capabilities and promote best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to technical standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize data systems to maximize performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience with AWS technologies, particularly AWS Redshift.
  • Proven expertise in designing and building scalable data pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of database architecture and data modeling principles.
  • Proficient in SQL and familiarity with other programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the financial industry is highly desirable.
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Data Analytics).
