New Business Development Representative

Job Description
** About Paramount Payment Systems:** Founded in 2001, we empower Treasure Valley businesses with secure retail/restaurant POS software and payment solutions, prioritizing customer security, ease of use, and shared growth.
** Role Mission:** Prospecting restaurants and retailers via F2F (Face to Face) cold calls and follow-up using Zoho, our Customer Resource Management (CRM) software for tracking and Reporting. You will Book appointments for our sales team to demo software to decision-makers and participate in ongoing training/certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients through F2F (Face to Face) visits at the business.
- Schedule demo appointments; deliver professional first impressions.
- Listen actively to client needs and detail those needs in the CRM
- Participate in mandatory ongoing training.
** Ideal Candidate:**
- Enthusiastic, vibrant personality with excellent verbal/written communication and active listening.
- Detail oriented people person.
- Self-motivated, hard-working, results-oriented team player with integrity, initiative, and ambition.
- Professional attitude/appearance; intelligent, resourceful, persuasive, and tenacious.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; tech-savvy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- No prior experience required—full training provided, eager for long-term commitment.
** Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time):**
- Pay $600–$1,000 Per Week.
- Commissions, bonuses, vehicle allowance.
- 401(k) matching, health insurance, paid time off.
