Job Description: P&L responsibility for all aspects of assigned antenna programs. The ideal candidate will cultivate evolutionary thinking from tactical to strategic, increase business acumen and program financial accountability, develop and grow leaders through a community of engagement, and teach and require a disciplined approach to Program Management fundamentals.

Essential Functions:
  • Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for all phases of the program from Inception through Closeout.
  • Primary Customer interface for Technical Performance, Cost, Quality, and Schedule requirements.
  • Timely and accurate submittal of Estimates at Completion (EAC).
  • Proposal generation using a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that conforms to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements.
  • Execution of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for Development programs.
  • Maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for program development, production, and IRAD projects, identifying critical path, risk, and resource analysis.
  • Develop New Business using pre-award business strategy, capture plan, and proposal management.
  • Participate in contract & subcontract contract changes, and statement of work (SOW), specifications, and T&C negotiations.
  • Establish milestones, and monitor adherence to the program plan and schedule, proactively identify program issues and develop solutions.
  • Conduct Revenue Reviews, Program Management Reviews (PMR) and Resource Reviews.
  • Verify International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administrative Regulations (EAR) compliance to current Government regulations and company standards.
  • Provide performance feedback on program members to functional management.
  • Ensure key subcontractors are managed effectively to support schedule demand.
  • Develop and maintain a product line three year business forecast for Revenue, Sales, Orders, and Cash Flow.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Math, Science or related technical field required with 4- 6 years years of experience in program management. 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Program Management experience.
  • Must be familiar with Cost Reimbursement and Fixed Price contracts.
  • Ability to obtain a future security clearance is required for this role. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Supplement (DFARS).
  • Flexible to work varied shifts, overtime, and weekends.
  • Travel up to 10- 20% of the time.
  • Proficient with PPT and MS Office suite.
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • EVMS experience on development programs using a gated NPI process.
  • DoD or Aerospace experience.
  • Working knowledge of antenna parameters, radar bands, and frequencies.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Engineering or technical field.
  • Experience with RF, EW, CNI, GPS, and AEW applications.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $77,500 - $143,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Fisica Inc also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, and schedule type.
