Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Schedule: 3rd Shift - 10:00pm-6:00am, Sunday-Thursday
Contract Type: Temp (safety shoes required on Day 1)

Job Overview
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for operating stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment to support daily operations efficiently. This role includes transporting, storing, retrieving, identifying, sorting, stacking, auditing, and locating parts and supplies while maintaining accuracy, safety, and facility organization.

Job Specifications
  • Operate stand-up forklifts (Raymond or Crown), cherry pickers, turrets, hand jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Transport, store, retrieve, identify, sort, stack, audit, and locate parts and supplies.
  • Accurately and efficiently pick or put away materials.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in team and safety meetings.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and organization using 5S methodology.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months stand-up forklift experience (required).
  • 1-2 years warehouse experience.
  • Ability to operate computers and scanners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing operational goals.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow oral and written instructions.
  • GED preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
  • Bending, pushing, and lifting over 30 lbs.
  • Ability to work in cold and hot environments.
