Exciting Opportunity Effective now through December 31, 2025, we are offering a $2500 Sign-On bonus for new hires in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for clients, ensuring a welcoming environment that embraces diverse backgrounds.
  • Provide individualized outpatient therapy for clients and families, addressing their unique needs and fostering resilience.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis and wellness plans, empowering clients to maintain stable mental health.
  • Actively engage in case consultations and agency meetings to enhance overall client care.
  • Complete necessary documentation, billing, and treatment plans promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic mental health care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) as per state regulations.
  • Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and mental health advocacy.
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration to enhance client outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
