A special incentive: Effective now through December 31, 2025, we are offering a $2,500 Sign-On bonus for therapists newly hired into this position.

We are seeking: Licensed therapists at all experience levels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments with clients and their families, fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Provide individualized outpatient therapy for individuals and families, focused on each client’s unique needs and journey toward healing.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to support clients' mental health journeys.
  • Engage in collaborative case consultations and contribute to discharge planning to enhance overall client care.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance forms, demonstrating professional responsibility.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and dietitians, to deliver holistic mental health care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) as per state regulations.
  • A strong educational background leading to professional licensing.
  • Passionate about mental health and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.
  • Excited to work collaboratively with a diverse team to enhance care quality.
  • Uphold strong ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
  • Effective time management skills to complete documentation and administrative tasks efficiently.
