As a School Director, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the school. Ideal candidates for this position will be a focused, high-energy, innovative leader with a proven track record for motivating team members in accomplishing and exceeding established goals. An applicant should have proven success in coaching & developing team members to meet expected standards, in being a leader in change implementation and in taking the initiative as an empowered business leader. Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related discipline required.

· Minimum 2 years teaching experience in licensed childcare center required; Service-oriented work experience a plus.

· Minimum 2 years management experience required; childcare center management preferred but we will consider staff management experience in a different field.

· Completion of a 40-hour course of directors training that meets eligibility requirements with Bright from the Start (BFTS)

· Comprehensive working knowledge of child behavioral and developmental stages

· Experience with Georgia Bright from the Start Inspections or audits.

Job Type: Full Time

· Have flexibility to work between 6:30AM and 6:30 PM, Monday- Friday.
