We're seeking a compassionate and experienced RN to join us as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). Full-time hires are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and you'll have the chance to lead in a facility that celebrates both residents and staff.

Your Impactful Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate high-quality nursing care across the facility
- Support and collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers
- Implement and manage specialized programs and procedures
- Uphold facility policies and state/federal nursing regulations
- Drive continuous improvement in quality of care and resident outcomes
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
- Oversee infection prevention and quality assurance measures
- Participate in nursing home surveys and inspections
- Train and supervise nursing personnel
- Organize and lead staff education and in-service programs
- Current Georgia RN license
- Strong clinical, training, and team leadership skills
- 1-2 years of rehab nursing experience preferred
- Infection prevention experience is a plus
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time Only)
