This opportunity is with a reputable organization within the property industry. The company is a medium-sized enterprise with a focus on delivering high-quality construction projects and maintaining a strong presence in the Rochester area.

Job Description
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Run projects between $5-$20 million dollars
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
  • A strong background in the property or construction industry.
  • 7-15 years of Commercial general contracting experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
