Retail Construction Project Manager

Job Description
- Manage all phases of retail construction projects, from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- 8-12 week building cycles
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Oversee on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the construction process.

A successful Retail Construction Project Manager should have:

- Competitive salary ranging from $95,000to $125,500 USD.
