What You'll Be Doing: In this role, you'll be a key player in our healthcare team. You'll collect, process, and analyze biological samples like blood, urine, and tissue, ensuring that test results are accurate and timely. You'll operate state-of-the-art laboratory equipment to support patient care and assist doctors in diagnosing and treating patients.
You'll also be responsible for documenting test results, reporting them promptly, and maintaining a safe and compliant lab environment. Quality control and regulatory compliance will be a central part of your role, as we rely on your attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of care.
What We're Looking For: To be considered, you'll need an associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you're a recent graduate or near the end of your MLT program, we'd be thrilled to have you apply Certification through ASCP, AMT, or a similar organization is preferred, but if you're still working on it, we'll support you as you complete it.
We're seeking someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Comfort with computer systems for lab reporting and data entry is also important for success in this role.
