In this key role, you'll work alongside our Project Managers and cross-functional field and office teams to ensure all phases of a project are aligned, timely, and compliant with budget, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Project Activities: Support day-to-day operations by aligning tasks across stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor Progress: Track deliverables, milestones, and schedules; provide status updates to project leadership.
  • Document Management: Organize contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, and meeting notes.
  • Resource Allocation: Help track and schedule materials, labor, and equipment for on-time delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential delays or issues and support mitigation planning.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a professional point of contact for project-related questions and updates.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, record notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in implementing standards and procedures to verify deliverables meet quality expectations.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain project logs, dashboards, and progress reports; update PM software.
  • Compliance Oversight: Monitor adherence to safety regulations and company protocols.
  • Issue Escalation: Troubleshoot problems and bring higher-level concerns to the Project Manager.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth transitions between project phases.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-focused with an ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and maintain professionalism under pressure
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting construction projects in a coordination or project admin capacity

  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday
