About Scorability:
Scorability is passionate about improving the lives of college coaches through a more efficient and successful athlete recruiting process. Coaches at every level in every sport use our world-class software to discover, evaluate, and recruit the right players for their program. Prospective student athletes benefit from a more direct and transparent recruiting process-one led by interested college coaches who can actually recruit them-helping the athletes avoid wasted effort and money on unnecessary services.
The Role:
Scorability has so many stories to tell, educating and engaging the athletes and coaches in need of our recruiting services. As our Content Marketing Manager, you'll own and drive the creation of our marketing content-website copy, customer stories, presentations, sales emails, thought-leadership blogs, SEO/GEO content, and more.
You're both a storyteller and a strategist with an eye for simplicity. You know how to turn complex ideas into simple, conversational narratives that move people to act. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and sales leadership to create content that drives demand, builds trust, and strengthens Scorability's brand.
What you'll do:
- Own the full content calendar and production across website, blog, customer case studies, presentations, and campaigns
- Write thoughtful, engaging short and long form content
- Guard our brand voice-making sure every word is clear, on-brand, and consistent across all channels and customer touchpoints
- Partner with Marketing, Content, Product, and Design to create high-impact campaigns that spark engagement and fuel business growth
- Keep content quality high by reviewing and polishing copy from teammates, giving feedback that makes great writing even better
- Own and evolve our editorial playbook-keeping guidelines fresh, relevant, and aligned with our tone, audience, and big-picture goals
- Balance big-picture strategy with roll-up-your-sleeves execution-delivering sharp copy at speed while raising the bar
- Build and scale a library of content assets to support the buyer journey
- Boost visibility by optimizing content for reach, discoverability, and distribution across channels
- Work with Marketing to Track content performance and adjust strategy to maximize reach and conversion
- 4-7 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related roles
- Proven ability to create clear, compelling content across all formats: web, blogs, decks, case studies, and social
- Strong editorial judgment, with an eye for narrative and detail
- Experience aligning content with marketing strategy and revenue goals
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams
- Experience writing & building CustomGPTs to deliver on content
