About Our Client

Job Description
  • Manage day-to-day operations of property-related construction projects for over 120 clients.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Monitor project budgets and address any variances promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Support the Service Manager in strategic planning and resource allocation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Service Manager should have:
  • Experience in property construction or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record in positive client relationships
