About Our EHR Support Specialist Position:
The EHR Support Specialist supports the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) by managing user issues through the ticketing system, providing training and guidance, and assisting with workflow optimization and form configuration to improve efficiency and patient care. This role also supports Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) processes.
What an EHR Support Specialist Does at Resilient Health:
- Provides support for staff in the use of the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Collaborates with staff at all levels to assess and address organizational data needs related to the EHR
- Optimizes workflows to maximize efficiencies within the EHR and enhance participant care
- Creates, configures, and deploys forms within the EHR system
- Manages the EHR ticketing system and ensures timely resolution of submitted tickets
- Provides EHR technical guidance and training to users, super users, and new hires
- Assists with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) processes by training users, managing user accounts, troubleshooting device and visit errors, and uploading visit authorizations
- Two years of experience in EHR administration, analytics, business intelligence, or informatics preferred
- Experience with project management that demonstrates a track record of working on multiple simultaneous projects on differing timelines is preferred
- Minimum of three years direct work experience within a healthcare-related industry (behavioral health experience prioritized)
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Three-year Motor Vehicle Record that meets our auto insurance carrier's coverage requirements
Where You Will Be Working: 2255 W. Northern Ave.,Phoenix, AZ 85021, with the ability to work remotely
What This Position Pays: Up to $28 per hour, depending on experience
