While working in this hospitality role, you receive a competitive hourly pay of $17 - $30, including the service charge. Plus, you get great benefits like:

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR EVENT OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in hotel or club service performing similar work (preferred)
- Professional in appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret event orders while accurately following setup instructions and requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift and sometimes longer
THE SCHEDULE:
A flexible schedule is crucial for this hospitality role, requiring availability for split shifts on busy days. You can anticipate varied hours based on event schedules, including late nights and early mornings. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, as these are peak times for our events.
YOUR ROLE:
As an Event Operations Assistant at our country club, you play a key hospitality role in delivering exceptional events. From keeping event spaces spotless and storage areas organized to executing flawless setups based on detailed diagrams, your work sets the foundation for success. You take the initiative to address issues promptly and handle tasks like delivering supplies or assisting guests with their needs. You're fully engaged during events-supporting floor service, restocking bars, dismantling stations, and assisting with meal plating. Your flexibility, proactive mindset, and eye for detail ensure every event runs smoothly, creating unforgettable experiences for our members and guests.
