Role:- Sr ETL Lead
Location:- Jersey City, Nj (2 days per week)

Job Description:-
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL senior Dev/ Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake, ETL, Informatica Cloud, SQL Scripting, and Oracle PL/SQL. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects during day shifts, with no travel required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and innovation within our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of data solutions using Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. -
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of ETL processes, leveraging Informatica Cloud to streamline data integration. -
  • Provide technical expertise in SQL Scripting to enhance data retrieval and manipulation capabilities. -
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle PL/SQL into existing systems. -
  • Develop and enforce best practices for data management and governance, ensuring data quality and integrity. -
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. -
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions. -
  • Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance data processing efficiency. -
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all data-related activities. -
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize resource utilization. -
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine data solutions to meet evolving business needs. -
  • Contribute to the strategic planning of data architecture and infrastructure to support organizational goals. -
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams to promote a unified approach to data management.
  • Life Science Experience will be a great added advantage.

Certifications good to have
  • Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification, Informatica Cloud Data Integration Certification
  • Mandatory Skills - IICS , Snowflake, Oracle pl/sql , Sql Scripting , Debugging stored procedure , developing and optimizing db queries . Good communication and customer facing skills.
