We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to become part of our family at Douglas Manor, a 90-bed skilled nursing facility that specializes in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We take pride in our warm, supportive environment and are excited to offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and a $1,000 bonus for part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with meal preparation and dining needs, including positioning, serving, and feeding as required.
  • Provide after-meal care, ensuring residents are clean and comfortable.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Nursing Aide is required.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to lift and move a minimum of 40 pounds and assist residents as needed.
