What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you'll receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential care skills for our residents. This entry-level position provides a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, guided by experienced healthcare professionals. You will attend classes, lab instruction, and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.
Best of all, Mansfield will cover the full tuition cost of the CNA class and guarantee a job opportunity as a CNA upon completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in training programs to learn healthcare protocols and procedures.
  • Apply nursing skills under supervision effectively.
  • Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing and grooming.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to promote residents' well-being.
