What You’ll Drive: • Grow and manage our brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond • Launch high-impact campaigns, lead magnets, and digital funnels • Build engagement around the brokerage platform and connect with agents and consumers • Lead video strategy — short and long form, testimonials to storytelling, and shorts • Own the content calendar and track marketing KPIs • Collaborate with the leadership team and agents to drive aligned outcomes • Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google • Develop branded assets, email campaigns, landing pages, and visuals Best Fit: • Have 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand strategy • Understand how to grow a brand from the inside out — across short-form & long-form content • Can write compelling copy, direct a video shoot, build landing pages, and run paid media • Are fluent in platform-specific best practices, metrics, and growth levers • Have a creative eye and a strategic mind — you see the big picture and move fast • Are passionate about real estate, ventureship, and the power of personal branding This is the heartbeat of our brand. Responsibilities: • A bold and unified digital presence • Consistent content, campaigns, and funnels • Rising visibility in the DMV and beyond — from video to media mentions • Social channels that inform, inspire, and amplify the stories across KWCP • Branded digital funnels that convert awareness into appointments Qualifications: • Have 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand strategy • Understand how to grow a brand from the inside out — across short-form & long-form content • Can write compelling copy, direct a video shoot, build landing pages, and run paid media • Are fluent in platform-specific best practices, metrics, and growth levers • Have a creative eye and a strategic mind — you see the big picture and move fast Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses
