RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources.
- Evaluate new business or individual customers' needs and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
- Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.
- Gain knowledge and is comfortable with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc.)
- Proven ability to work with goals and multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and provide top notch customer service.
- Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships.
- Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken.
- Driven, tenacious and energized by new challenges.
- Possesses the ability and has the motivation to learn new things quickly.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Eagan.
- Our office is open 8:30 to 5:00.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Minnesota State, Mankato.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Bronze Tablet
