OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents and enhance community engagement at our affordable housing properties. This role focuses on providing assistance, resolving resident inquiries, and ensuring a positive living experience for all residents.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate resident programs and community events
- Assist with lease administration and renewals
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation
- Collaborate with property management team to resolve issues and improve services
- Support compliance with property policies and regulations
- Facilitate communication between residents and management
- 1-5 years of experience in property management, resident services, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Experience in affordable housing or multi-family communities is a plus
- $60,000 per year compensation
