As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch TV and Smart Home solutions to our extensive customer base. Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Visit customers' homes to resolve issues and introduce smart home technology.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on tech usage and suggest additional helpful services.
• Maintain cleanliness in your work area and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently, yet collaboratively with your team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is mandatory.
• Schedule Flexibility: Availability to travel as necessary; willing to work varied shifts that could include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical Ability:
  • Capability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Must meet and maintain a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer Focus: Foster trust and deliver a superb experience.
• Problem-Solving: Address diverse challenges in real-time.
• Determination: Adapt to working in confined spaces and all types of weather.

Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment screening, which includes a drug test and verification of an acceptable driving record. Compensation may be a combination of hourly pay rate and location pay differential.

The position offers a competitive starting salary of $20.25/hour.
