As a Cable Technician, you will be on the front lines, providing top-notch TV and smart home solutions to our customers. This role is vital to our mission of delivering a world-class customer experience, and we are committed to training you to connect more households with innovative technology. Your contributions will help us maintain our status as a six-time J.D. Power award winner for customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers' homes to install and maintain DISH and smart home equipment.
  • Educate customers on using their products and suggest additional services when appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently and staying in touch with the team.

Your Training:

  • Receive clear, step-by-step instructions for installations and services.
  • Gain smart home technology knowledge to effectively support and educate customers.
  • Learn best practices developed by our most experienced technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is required.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Abilities:
    • Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
    • Lifting capacity of up to 70 lbs.
    • Must meet and maintain a 335 lb weight limit.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Ability to build trust and create positive customer experiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to address and resolve challenges effectively.
  • Determination: Comfort working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected tasks and changes smoothly.

Compensation: $20.25/hour.
