Job Details:
Purpose
Support research and quality teams through hands-on operations and digital projects. Ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual available in Austin, TX, Spring 2026. This role offers exposure to innovative tools and processes that drive organizational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve data accuracy and workflow performance.
Responsibilities
- Elevate Operations: Support daily administrative needs for our research, outcomes, quality, and data analytics teams.
- Innovate & Organize: Lead organizational projects to streamline our team's efficiency and optimize our workspace.
- Digital Transformation: Design and implement crucial digital directories, calendars, and processes.
- Learn & Grow: Gain hands-on experience in program administration and project management within a leading medical institution.
- Eligible for Work-Study employment with UT
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to arrive on time and maintain flexibility
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
- Interest in public health, healthcare, social science, or research
- Understanding of patient confidentiality
- Eligible for Work-Study employment with UT
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should have experience working in a clinical setting that involves patient interaction. They should also have completed coursework in health education, public health, research methodology, or social science. Additionally, experience in data collection and analysis is highly desirable.
Salary Range
$11.00 Hourly
