Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk Location: Highland Heights, OH. Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team? We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who takes pride in accuracy and efficiency to help keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:
  • Carefully pack and prepare parts for shipment
  • Create accurate shipping labels and documentation
  • Ensure all orders match the pick list and are packed correctly
  • Use scales to weigh parts and prepare shipments via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and customer-specific platforms
  • Wrap skids, load/unload trucks, and operate a pallet jack
What You Bring:
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow customer-specific shipping instructions
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with shipping software and customer portals
  • A team-player attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
Requirements:
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Dependable with regular and punctual attendance
  • Comfortable with basic shop math
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
