Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $64,000.00/yr
Description- Perform day?to?day processing of payments and ensure completion in an effective, accurate and timely manner.
- Compile, verify and process firm and client chargeable invoices and check requests.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and related issues.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are updated and reconcile related transactions.
- Respond to and handle vendor inquiries, review vendor accounts and resolve vendor issues timely and professionally.
- Schedule, print, and obtain signatures on paper checks on a bi?weekly basis.
- Record miscellaneous transactions into accounting software, including bank transfers and debits.
- Manipulate and format data for upload into accounting software.
- Knowledge of Chrome River and Aderant software required.
- Minimum 23 years of AP experience; prior law firm or professional services experience highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi?task in a high?volume, fast?paced environment.
- Excellent customer?service skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Extremely detail?oriented with excellent follow?through skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
